New Parish Clerk.
The Council has chosen Mrs. Deborah Brumwell as the new clerk. Ex clerk, John Blount, will stay as Assistant Clerk until the next meeting of the Council.


Local Development Framework.
Stafford Borough Council have produced a document called Delivering the Plan for Stafford Borough - Issues and Options. There are no proposals for new housing in the Parish but there are some proposals for the north of Hixon. There are also proposals for employment sites and these may come over Hixon’s boundary and into Stowe by Chartley Parish.
