Having received 108 completed questionnaires from the 143 issued the Council held a walk-in meeting in Stowe Village Hall on 31 March 2007 where residents prioritised actions arising from the issues raised in the questionnaire.

Subsequently the Steering Group produced and revised a draft plan which was presented to the Parish Council following the Parish Meeting on 31st May 2007.
Having completed its task the Steering Group was disbanded.

The draft plan was accepted by the Parish Council on 14th August 2007.

The completed Plan was launched at an open Parish Meeting held in Stowe by Chartley village hall on 31st August 2007.

On 15th January 2008 the Council agreed a range of initiatives for the coming months. These have been featured in the Stowe by Chartley Parish Council Newsletter.
